Invoicing, payments, and remittance

Who do I contact for invoicing or payment questions?

For invoicing or payment-related questions, contact KP-AP-Customer@kp.org.

Who do I contact for ACH questions?

For ACH-related questions, contact KP-AP-ACH@kp.org.

Who do I contact for early payment questions?

For early payment inquiries, contact outreach-requests@taulia.com or visit the Taulia site.

How do I request access to eSettlements as a supplier?

At this time, new registrations for eSettlements are not being accepted.
If you need to submit an invoice:

  • Email your invoice in PDF format to KP-AP-Invoice@kp.org.
  • If your purchase order (PO) was created in Coupa (PO number includes a “K”), submit your invoice through the Coupa Supplier Portal instead.
